Nissan Altima 2010 debuts in UAE
Debuting at the 2009 Dubai Motor Show, the Nissan Altima sedan and coupe models receive a few changes for 2010, including a restyled bonnet, grille, front bumper and rear license plate finisher, along with new wheel designs.
The 2010 Nissan Altima will be available with a 179 hp 2.5-litre 4-cylinder and a 270 hp 3.5-litre V6 in both the sedan and coupe. All versions will get the CVT automatic as standard, although the 4-cylinder coupe will have a 6-speed manual optionally available.
All GCC-spec Altima models seemingly get a beige interior, whether cloth or optional leather, but a red upholstery option is available for the coupe. Gauge illumination has also been changed to white.
The entertainment system of Altima’s interior has been upgraded for 2010 thanks to a newly-available Bose premium stereo with nine speakers, 4.3-inch color display, USB port with iPod connectivity, Bluetooth Hands-free Phone System, MP3/WMA CD-ROM playback, and RearView Monitor.
Also offered is an optional hard-drive navigation system with 6.5-inch VGA colour display, 9.3GB Music Box for music storage and playback, Bluetooth Streaming Audio, DVD player and an RCA input for auxiliary audio/video connectivity.
All Altima models now come with stability control, front and side airbags, and ABS, with options such as side-curtain aairbags and a tyre-pressure monitor
